PROJECT

The residential and commercial complex “Zvezdano brdo” is located on the territory of the municipality of Zvezdara, near the Eastern City Gate of Belgrade, between the streats Bračka and Kralja Aleksandra Bulevard.
Total gross area is around 46,050 m2 is divided into 4 lamellas, each with a separate entrance, staircase and two elevators.
The Project includes 317 apartments, 24 business apartments, 34 retail units, 443 parking spaces, were designed to satisfy the needs of modern everyday life and meet the high standards of contemporary and functional life.

LOCATION
